Use your full legal name
Nicknames and shortened names may seem easier, but they will cause issues when it’s time to board. Your reservation must match your government-issued ID exactly.
Use a personal email, not a shared one
This protects your loyalty points, future perks, and exclusive cruise offers that will come directly to you.
Complete the form fully
The more you share, the better I can curate your experience. Let me know which ports you're open to, any destinations you’d prefer to avoid, and any deal breakers you have when it comes to cabins, activities, or travel style.
Be flexible with dates when possible
Cruises don’t sail every single day, so having a general time frame makes it much easier to match you with the best value and itinerary options.

Non-Refundable Service Rate
⚠️$25 fee per cabin
⚠️$100 for (5-15 cabins)
⚠️$200 for (16-30 cabins)
Groups with 31+ cabins will be quoted a service rate on an individual basis during consultation (weddings, churches, sports teams, corporate events etc)
This is collected before your quote is created and is separate from the cost of your cruise. It covers Explore The World's planning services, full booking management before, during, and after travel, payment oversight, and access to your complimentary itinerary app.
